For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, used fragrances cannot be returned once opened, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Please notify our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving their order, provided the product remains unopened and in original condition.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:

• Refund (where applicable)
Shipping fees for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to a product defect or fulfillment error.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once a returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
If store credit is preferred, customers may opt to receive a Swish store credit for future purchases.
