Below you will find detailed information about our shipping timelines, delivery options, and policies.

Order Processing

All orders placed through our website or official sales channels are processed within 1–3 business days. 

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday during our operational hours.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive confirmation and shipping details where applicable.

Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays.

Delivery Within Accra

We offer fast and efficient delivery within Accra and surrounding areas.

 

Orders placed before 9:30 AM are eligible for same-day delivery. 

 

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will typically be delivered the following day. 

 

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions, delivery volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Our delivery partners work diligently to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely.

Delivery Outside Accra

For orders delivered outside Accra but within Ghana, parcels are dispatched the same day and typically arrive the next business day. 

 

While most deliveries arrive within this timeframe, please allow up to 3 business days in rare cases of courier delays or logistical constraints.

 

If you have not received your parcel within 24 hours of dispatch, we encourage you to contact our customer care team for assistance.

International Shipping

Swish Fragrance is pleased to serve customers beyond Ghana.

 

International delivery timelines vary depending on destination country, customs clearance procedures, and courier service providers.

 

Estimated international delivery times typically range between 5–10 business days, though this may vary depending on location.

 

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by their local authorities.

Free Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on retail orders exceeding GH₵3,500. 

 

This offer applies to qualifying orders placed through our official channels and may be subject to promotional adjustments or regional delivery limitations.

Tracking Information

To ensure transparency and convenience, all shipped orders are provided with tracking information where available.

 

This allows customers to monitor the progress of their deliveries and stay informed about the expected arrival time of their package.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. These may include:

 

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Traffic or logistical delays

 

 

In such situations, our team will do everything possible to keep you informed and resolve the delay as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

At Swish Fragrance, we take great care in packaging every order. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. 

 

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

To assist with the process, customers may be asked to provide:

 

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the item received

  • Description of the issue

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange a product, requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. 

 

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

 

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

 

 

Please note that personalized or discounted items may not be eligible for return, unless the product is defective.
